Hi, I’m Carol —

founder of Dart & Dagger Collective. I started this because I saw too many businesses and nonprofits stuck in the same cycle: working harder, doing “what’s always been done,” and burning themselves out without ever getting ahead. I wanted to change that.

For me, Dart & Dagger is more than a consulting firm. It’s a space where strategy meets purpose, where leaders can access fresh perspective, smarter systems, and the right expertise without the red tape or cookie-cutter approach. It’s also deeply personal — I built this to prove that you can have both: meaningful work that makes an impact and a meaningful life that doesn’t sacrifice family or values.

Before launching Dart & Dagger, I spent 16+ years leading brand strategy and growth initiatives across industries — from national campaigns and multi-million-dollar capital projects to bestselling book launches and large-scale partnerships. I’ve refined my expertise in data analytics, marketing leadership, and AI adoption through Northwestern’s Kellogg Executive Education, and I’ve seen firsthand how adaptability and smart strategy are the true differentiators for leaders in today’s climate.

Outside of work, my world is full of “happy chaos” — I live in Atlantic Beach, Florida, with my husband Daniel (who works in FinTech at Farther Finance), our two kids, Kennedy (10) and Wilder (5), and our dogs Legend and Wrigley. We love traveling, camping, boating, and pretty much any new adventure together. That’s my “why” — family, faith, and community — and it’s what drives me to help leaders create impact that lasts.
